also, I up my 500k+1mil umbrella to 2mil per occurrence /4mil aggregate for sfh/duplex this year, apartment complexes I have 1mil/2mil + 1 mil umbrella..

we still have a death cause by fire lawsuit pending.. I am sure it be settle out of court, but that is what insurance is for, I am not worry, they need to defend me because we are not in negligent.
