The agent called me today and said the seller doesn't want to sell the house. She wanted to do loan modification instead.I feel pretty mad about it. It's almost end of the whole procedure and we put in a lot of time. For expenses, I paid for the inspection and appraisal for total of >$1000, not even to mention the labor from my loan agent (I don't know if there is other expenses from loan agent). My loan agent is really great and very efficient and locked a very good rate for me. My questions is: 1.Do you think I can get back the $1000 for appraisal and inspection? 2. what other expenses will be from my loan agent? I haven't talked to her yet.
