房客 Credit Score 隻有480，收入高，以往房東reference好，能要嗎？

房客40多歲，在目前公司幹了16年，收入穩定；男友比她小幾歲，收入更高。兩人有一對5歲雙胞胎女兒。家裏還有一個15歲女兒， 一個在外上大學的兒子，是上次婚姻裏留下的。

在現在的房子裏住了2.5年，現任房東反映很好，說她不拖欠房租。

她說，是因為離婚造成Credit score不好的。 以她的收入，如果不是Credit Score 低，她早買房了。這種情況，能租嗎？
