搶到一個銀行房,但房檢發現不少問題(如空調壞了等),我想讓銀行降價,可我的代理說這種房是sell as is,銀行不討價還價,我ask for reduction反而有可能讓銀行給下一個potential buyer(有8個offer)。是這樣嗎?現在的價格還能接受,但能在低點就更好了。

關鍵看供求關係,有人加價搶時,賣主自然就給Best Offer。
