銀行房的問題

搶到一個銀行房，但房檢發現不少問題（如空調壞了等），我想讓銀行降價，可我的代理說這種房是sell as is，銀行不討價還價，我ask for reduction反而有可能讓銀行給下一個potential buyer（有8個offer）。是這樣嗎？現在的價格還能接受，但能在低點就更好了。
