投資房， 沒有申請permi

剛買了投資房， 沒有申請permit,請的裝修師傅沒有license. 不知那位鄰居投訴，收到violation notice. 隻有停工。 剛去city 以自己名義申請到building permit. 沒想到， notice 上還要plumbing permit 和 electric permit. 隻因為換了2個開關和1個水槽。 但plumbing permit 和 electric permit 需要正規的水電工申請。 如果用他們的執照， 花銀子就是一筆不小的開銷，還要經過嚴格的inspection. 真是教訓阿。 我們這邊很多人都不申請。 不知我得罪什麽人了。 明天預約了inspector 來pre-inspection。 不知他會不會免了plumbing permit 和 electric permit的要求。 不知那位有同樣經曆可以分享。
