Race or competition or exchange idea is fine, but it looks like somebody wants to use this platform to brag, and make small money from poor people. This does not look right to me. If he can make 15% or above per year in past 10 years, he is really great investor, he is rich enough, why does he still want to charge small amount for his followers?

This definitely is a cheating game, and try to make small money on people who do not have enough knowledge on market or realistic return.
