Tenent wants to run a daycare center.

Tenent wants me to sign an agreement that they are going to run a daycare center. They have state license to take care max 6 child. They also provide insurance upto $600K.

I just googled the landlord has the responsiblity if there are any injuried happened.

Does anyone have previous experience to deal with that?

The property is in Las Vegas.
