First Auction (tzlc investment group)

After month long discussion and preparation, tzlc group is facing the auction day, 9/18/2012.

Planotx and jeepsteer fly to Chicago and meet first time in the airport. They exchange secret code and sign, then big hug. things looks normal. It is a beautiful day.
The mini van is waiting. It is about 140 miles from airport to auction site. Planotx and jeepster talk about project and personal experiences in USA. Jy is waiting in his office with his "blonde". Everyone looks excited about auction. All checks are deposited to the bank, and Planotx gets earnest money for the auction. They visit the 455-unit property (potential 2nd project). It is an eye-popping one. Planotx cannot stop talking about the potential of that project (300% in 5 year)...

It is almost auction time. Jy get a lucky number 6. 'blonde' is with us. And more than 15 group people shows up. Some are farmers, some are young couples with crying baby. Two groups catch our attention: Asian faces, and young gun with his mom. We need the lady luck.

After standard legal statement, information, and question section, the auction starts. the auctioneer uses fastest speed to announce the price
100, 500, 100k.... 150k. Most bidders stopped, surprisingly, the asian face did bid at all. 200k... Only the young gun is bidding against jy. 275k, jy raises his finger again. His face red. 280k,.. Few second of pause, the young gun raise his hand again. Clearly he is reaching his limit. 285k.. Jy lift his finger again. 290k... The auctioneer looks at the young gun for more. The boy looks at his mom... Long pause, the auctioneer announce a two minutes break...

Two minutes is long... Finally the auctioneer is back and resume the auction. the game is over. No one is bidding again. We got it...

Dream is real. The dream is here.

The team is visiting the potential 455-unit again after the auction. The second project is in mind. It is more exciting than the first one. 300% profit.... the dream is on...
