This property is short sale, bank approved it at $296,000, the previous buyer could not get loan ,it came back to market. Current asking price is $288,000.

Built in 1969. Exterior is brick. 4000 Square feet, 3 garages, Fenced Backyard, big deck.

1^st Floor, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 full bath, 1 living, family room and Den

2^nd floor, 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 full baths, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 family room, laundry

I like it very much. I can rent it $3500. basically need not repair. To me, It is huge size.
