I was a bank executive before becoming a sale. It's a very difficult decision but it's the best decision I ever made. Sale is perfect for mom. Keep going, without pressure, you can afford providing better service. When your kids are going for colleges, if you need something for fun, you can cont the RE job. Best luck and enjoy your kids and your RE experience!
