謝謝回複。我的意思我實在不忍心向那些房客收取late fees.舉個例子吧，那麽辛苦的late fees, 70% 都充公了。如果確實進我口袋，我也不抱怨了。我都免late fees, 但我需要免late fees 的原因,還需要那幾句眾所周知de blah blah。因為這個州有個case，a landlord lost the case because he became a friend with his tenet, and allowed late payment (sometimes with late fees); and he was not allowed to evict the tenent for late payment
