印度房客

有一家印度房客想要租我的房。高工資，收入穩定。但是一想到他們的咖喱味，就有點糾結。他們一旦搬走（總是要搬走的），別的房客還會再租嗎？

有人有過類似的經驗嗎？敬請指導！
