或者這麽說，一年多，他們隻看房，從不下OFFER. 他們想找的房，要新，要不用修，要便宜，要好學區，要南北朝向，要有不大不小院子。要以後好賣。

所以要找這麽好的房子，在這樣的市場，還是沒有的！
