Easier or not depends on location and tenants

At a location that 70%-80%+ properties having a pool, it will be harder to rent if your property doesn't have one.

However, a pool is a big liability concern...

Always have a pool liability release ready for tenant to sign.

However, even if they sign, in many cases, you are still liable to some extent.

You most likely won't get $150 more rent (for the cost you incur).

So, all in all, better to not to have it
