難難難,選租客：律師，護士，牙醫，工程師，還是商人?

有一白玉房，租1680，沒想到有5家人申請，情況如下

1． 律師：單身，收入170K， 有貓2隻，一付商業的麵孔。
2． 護士：2小孩，11， 13， 老公收入加起來82K，貓一個， 剛force closure 房子，file bankrupt.
3． 商人：建築管理商，狗一大個，收入 85K， 太太不工作，小孩大了。有時回來。
4． 牙醫：貓一個，小孩2，一倆年會買房
5． 工程師：剛到這個城市，小孩一個，收入85K，小狗2

想給律師，又記得有人說律師很難deal with， 她願意簽2年。
想給護士， 又擔心他file bankrupt.
想給商人，又擔心狗太大
想給牙醫，又擔心 他不穩定
想給工程師，又擔心他剛到這個城市，不穩定。

難難難，大家幫忙啊？
