Is it really dirty?

If it is, do them and you a favor to clean it; otherwise if they claim $1M for asthma as the result it might be hard to prove otherwise.

On the other hand, you can claim if they failed to change the filter and get some $ back.

Finally, a dirty duct is a killer to your wallet if left unattended.

However, how could a duct get so dirty?
