鄰居在建lane house

以前大戶人家，大房子大地，會在後麵建一個輔助的house，叫coach house，是放馬車和給馬車夫住的（yes?）。

現在地太貴了，市府前幾年就有了規定，普通的lot也可以建coach house了，沒了馬車，現在叫lane house，就建在lot的最後麵，靠back lane的地方。

一般是建一個850sqft，2 bedroom house。可以自己住，可以出租，還可以賣出去，有單獨的title。
