評上Tenure後的教授，日子不都好過

且不說tenure製度要取消（https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?fromEmail=true&formkey=dFJRR1BYYVRoYmlYQmd3OVBCOXRtRGc6MQ）。

即使不取消，也有難看的時候。Yale有一老教授曾是業界鼎鼎有名的人物，評上tenure後不思上進。後來funding無以為繼，Yale給了他一段grace period後仍無起色，隻好把他那人去樓空的試驗室收了，剩下一狹小的辦公室。沒有了所有手下，孤身隻影juan縮在那裏。曾是輝煌的風雲人物，落下被人輕看的地步。
