有人做過 vacation home swap （度假房交換）嗎？

想在弗州海邊買一個臨海condo, 專門給自己家做度假屋吧，一年頂多去一次，因為我和lg喜歡世界各國都旅行；租出去做出租房吧，一來嫌遠距離管理麻煩，二來自己就享受不了了。聽說現在有一種叫vacation home exchange的，具體就是可以用自己的度假房和他人的度假房交換，比如別人在巴黎的公寓，他來住我的一個月，我去住他的一個月。聽上去很好啊！今年巴黎，明年倫敦，每年換著住。。。

這裏有人這麽操作過的嗎？請分享一下經驗。。。
