請大家幫忙看看這是不是個大問題?

我在投壇看到大小地主們討論投資收獲，也想加入到這個行列。不過要成為正式地主不容易啊。第一個Offer才被接受，是個45歲老的房子，在Bay Area。剛拿到房檢報告，其中有這麽一段：

Structure

1. The wood members under the master bathroom show evidence of water damage. We recommend the advice and services of a licensed structural pest control operator for investigation and repair of this condition. (See Picture 15)

 

2. The framing under the master bathroom has been notched excessively in the crawl space. We recommend that advice and services of a licensed general contractor. (See Picture 16)

 

這些是從房子的地板下麵的夾層才能看到的. 不知道這是不是個嚴重的問題？這不是Foundation問題吧 我是第一次買投資房，什麽也不懂。如有哪位高手能幫我這個菜鳥看一下整個報告，指點迷津，不勝感激。
