short sell 的投資房已進入escrow,賣方不搬走怎麽辦?

還有一個星期close. 賣方賣房子是因為拿了很多的equity loan.
賣方和第一貸款銀行簽了HAFA program,但又不想搬家。
第二家銀行不在HAFA program 裏,但在approval letter裏說賣方“is permitted to remain as a tenant on the Mortgaged Premises for a shot term, as is common and customary in the market but no longer than ninety(90) days, in order to facilitate relocation.”賣方抓住這一條,死活要再住在房子裏90天。
當然,no moving out, no closing, 但是, 如果他們死活不搬,銀行又不同意延期close escrow的話, 這個deal 可能就黃了。
請大家幫忙想想辦法如何讓他們在close的時候順利搬出?謝謝!
