大家都是怎樣調查出租房市場的？

除了craigslist? 正在看的這個區完全不允許造apartment，所以也沒法參照apartment的租金。問題是大家都是怎樣知道某個區的出租房需求呢？買房agent說很容易租出去（因為學區，等等），但是不放心。自己怎樣research這個呢。這個問題很初級，請大家包涵。
