我傾向租給這家，大家認為如何：

hu*****and: US Marine corps then working as a floor installer for the same company for 16 yrs, monthly income $3400

wife: has been working for US Bank for the last 7 yrs, monthly income $1900

4 kids, age 4 , 12, 16 and 22, the two younger ones are boys.

They gave me very good impression. Their credit history has been good until recently adversely affected by their delinquent mortgage payments (bought their house at THE peak and in the process of SS). They want my house badly.
