回答: county有規定，一個房子roommate數目不可以超過n個。我們這裏是3個。四個以上想租給他們也不行。由 sweetptt 於 2012-08-25 16:50:01

My agent told me that he saw a house rented by 4 Marine guys and they are great tenants.

I didn't want to ask too many questions and then turn him down to avoid any potential trouble. I prefer a family with school kids so they want stability.

Am I thinking the right way?
