I just purchased a rental house and rented out for less a month.
Then it was broken into twice.
There is a handyman who was hired to fix my broken windows.
But the 2 of the 4 windows he replaced has cracks so I only
paids him all labor and two windows' material. I asked him
( a mexician) to come back to finish the work then I could pay
him the 2snd part. But he never showed up.
Do you guys suspect the handyman or tenant?
Should I sell this house out?
