班長，梁兄，還有那位roofing 高手? Flat roofing quote/questions

俺的那個是啥Foam roof, 上星期叫roofing company come to see see. 

說是到期要換新的roof, 推薦用：

1, tear off existing roofing and remove.

2. For flat areas, install a 28# fiberglass base felt attached to the deck,

install two layers of 11-14 fiber glass type IV finishing felts. 

3. apply white roof coating 

保用4年， 要價8，000刀 （2000 sq ft). 

俺覺得貴啊， 這東西還是recoat every 2-3 year .
