這個tenant能租嗎？

一對年輕人，20多歲，男的income多於3x房租，有正規工作11am－10pm。剛從別的洲搬來。他們自己沒有什麽問題。問題是我查出了女的爸爸有因為drug possession被逮捕的記錄（搜查過家裏，發現有用meth的工具），她爸爸住在離這裏5個小時的地方。我不知道這是不是一個concern。最怕的就是這對年輕人也會把drug帶到房子裏，worst case，別在這玩meth。這對couple已經10年沒和爸爸住一起了，以前不在一個洲。
