I can finish the paper work for eviction within 10 minutes. Usually we have an empty court room. Takes about 20 minutes in court. Only 1 question: do you owe rent, yes or no? If the tenant starts to elaborate, he will be interrupted by the judge with the same question. Get an answer yes means the judge will sign order of restitution. To me it is very stupid for the tenants to ocntest in a Republican state. LOL.
