我告訴他們,我正在repiping the house and remodel the master bath, it is a mess now but they re welcome to come to see the location and floor plan etc.
$2300的試水價來自小區裏由PM管理的兩個房子的廣告價。那兩個房子牌子掛兩周了,尚未租出去。
明天會有四家在同一個小時內來看房,我計劃發申請表並收取三十元credit checking fee.
Is it a good idea to show the house while work is in progress?
