布局合理，材料綠色，code and standard are all up to date.

those who got IPO stock options from LNKD, FB, ....etc. can't wait to buy new homes!  I don't think they like little black house.  but the location of little black houses are so attractive.  

anyway, that's way beyond my reach.  got to go, back to work.
