上來謝謝陽光妹妹關於vacating letter的提議

一個房客要搬走，送了60天通知，俺給她發了vacating letter, 一方麵感謝她的租住，另一方麵重申合同中關於moving out的條款。也許這給了她一次重新考慮的機會，也許她知難而退，她改變了主意，決定留下來，而且還要自己花錢裝防盜門，象是要長住的樣子。住吧，再住幾年，俺的投資就收回了，嗬嗬。
