有事請教各位地主，房客提前在合約到期前(October)般出，她付了八月的房租。我說找到新房客就退 Security Deposit. 我很快找到了新房客，在八月中旬搬進。現在的問題是，她要要回Security Deposit和多付的八月租金。我不同意全退，應該怎麽做？謝謝了。
