各位老地主們，出租房要換地毯，地板，這個價格可以接受嗎？

芝加哥的房客搬走了，我們的代理建議把二樓的兩個臥房，過道以及樓梯的地毯換新的，一樓的廚房，客廳以及衛生間換成複合地板。因為我們在外州，這事就全權委托給代理了。

近日代理給了我們一個報價，我想知道這個價格是不是太離譜：

1. Laminate floor：

Mohawk elements collection, (color: American Cherry) Total 418 sqf

including materials (floor, pad, ...) and labor: $2031

2. Carpet

Hawkey (color: Doeskin), width: 12', length: 58'

including materials and labor: $1393.80
