夫:年齡48．年薪15萬，不會有大增的可能.

妻,家庭主婦,可能去做低薪工作如必要.

自住房：０３買,４４萬,現zillow估價46萬，有23萬貸款．每月還＄2300．

whole life insurance:50萬,每年要交＄１２，０００.

一女,還有兩年的college.

cash存款:１５萬．

大家都買投資房,太太也急了．

住seattle地區.好區放價不便宜，剛去看了一1700sqft的1977年的single house,要賣43萬.還得搶.出租的話,$1800/month．根本cover不了房貸和開銷.　不好的區,房價稍便宜，但沒人光顧．
