Material and labor?

Did 3000sqf 3 unit house, 3 bath, 3 kitchen, 3 heaters, pex whole house. Replaced 1 whole bath, three kitchen cabinets, install carpet+floor tiles 1 unit, patch holes in wall and paint 2 units + two hall ways, install handrails, repair soffits and gutters. Labor: $6.5k.

These days it's going to be cheaper.
