各位師長，民意調查一下，現在我該怎麽辦？

有一個房客，這個月的房租隻付了一小半，現在已經是１３日了，

他上周五說公司老板已經把剩下的那一半直接轉帳到我的賬戶，可是到今天還沒有收到。

他今天說保證明天一定會收到。

你們說要給他三天通知嗎？還是繼續等？
