緊急請教，房子Title Clean

大小地主們，給科普一下吧：

Seller在closing之後才從buyer這兒拿到錢去還貸款，可closing之後，buyer怎麽知道seller還清了貸款，

並且title clean了呢？

我的律師隻是把title search的報告給我看了看，其他什麽也沒說。我現在聯係不到他，可明天就closing了。
