Looks very nice.

Suggest pre-made bulk cabinets from HD/LOW.

May want to add 5-6 recessed-can lights. The ceiling doesn't look high, other kinds of lights may not look great. This could require some ceiling work but it is not expensive. Your current ceiling looks pretty bad, you may have to redo it anyway.

At this locality, definitely put in granite as it brings out the property so much more.
