Hi, JY. Thanks for reminding me that bombs may spread the fleas around the building.

 

Unfortunately the guy has no money for vet doctor, because he has to pay twice each month for rent and keep getting payment late.Personally we think we may have to ask him to send dogs to animal shelters if he does not want to leave.

If we terminate his lease due to this flea situation, do we still have to follow the rule to give him 60 days notice? In other words, do we still have to wait for 60 days to let him go, or we can let him go in 15 days or 30 days.

We think we need to get rid of the dogs before any treatment.Thank you!
