怎麽為 二房 注冊個公司 ？

剛買了二房，聽朋友說注冊個公司作為二房的主人， 那樣二房有什麽事不會追究到自住房。大家都是這麽操作的嗎？ 網上看了看， 注冊時問題問到：activity 類型是什麽？我是不是該選：
real estate and rental and leasing
real estate
lessor of real estate
lessor of Residential Buildings and Dwellings 還是該選

Lessors of Real Estate Property, Other

還是有什麽別的選擇？ 多謝賜教。
