請教，出租房院子裏的above ground pool該如何處理

出租房院子裏有一個很大的地上遊泳池，四周是木甲板和圍欄，我能否直接在遊泳池上釘上一層木甲板。遊泳池超過1000SQT, 填土好像也不是很現實。

我填泳池需要到county拿permit嗎？

請地主們幫我處處點子？
