更換中央空調和熱水器的費用

不好意思又來麻煩大家了。 我們需要更換（自住）房子裏的中央空調（4噸）和熱水器（50加侖）。 每個中央空調（unit+labor)的報價是$4000， 熱水器（unit+labor)的報價是$2000。

我在舊金山灣區。 請問一下這個報價是否合理。
