townhouse, 我的刷漆工今天一早來,停到我的parking lot 上, 於鄰居的車之間有一個lot相隔, no car in between but only a lot. 等我來以後,鄰居(She)說她的車窗被我的工人給砸碎了. 可是工人們說不是, 不知道這碼事. I asked her if she could identify which painter did it,or if she heard any sound. She said she was not at home when this happened. No witness can identify who broke her window. She called her own insurance, and was told to rent a car.

Now she is asking me to pay for her rental. should I pay her? 新新小小地主沒有經驗如何處理這種事, 謝謝大家指教.
