health care expenses is a big concern. for old people, there could be a lot of expenses to hire people taking care of themselves, which may not be covered by health insurance.

government is in a very bad shape, really not sure what they would do in the future. I imagine that there are going to be a lot of poor people need to be taken care of.

Expenses in medical area would bankrupt you easily.

it is not too bad if you are just poor.
