higher priced offer was not accepted

最近發現有兩個offer過的房產close, closing price比我offer整整低1萬.並且deal是由dual agent完成的.

這種情況應該不正常吧.

 

有沒有辦法知道我的offer送給seller看過,或是要求啟動某種調查程序,以防止不公平交易.
