他們怎麽會弄到我的住址的？

在麥當勞drive through排隊等的時候,無意中，我的車向前滑動，碰了一下前麵的車，給他們留下一個小白點，我猶豫著要不要下車看看，看他們前麵沒有動靜，感覺可能覺得無所謂。我也就沒有管了，最後都開走了。我回家看我的車，應該是前車牌照碰到的，但沒什麽痕跡。

可是，幾天後收到兩封信，一封是從一家保險公司來的：We are investigating this loss which occured as follows:the accident that happened at MacDonald's drive thru. When we have concluded our insured's claim, we intend to recover damages for the loss from you.

If you have insurance for this kind, please list the name and address of your insurance company, yur policy and claim number and return this letter to us.

第二封信是從一個‘CITATION PROCESSING CENTER’來的：REASON: The respondent admits to the violation. No lawful reason to dismiss was submitted.Balance Due: $45....You may request an administrative hearing.....

請各位砸磚手下留情！多出主意，幫幫看。應該怎麽處理最好？他們怎麽會弄到我的住址的？
