401K和RothIRA本身並非投資，隻是投資平台，放進401K和RothIRA的錢可以不投資。

401K如有match，那至少要放到能得到最大match。RothIRA如不投資，無gain，則無從談起稅上的優惠（如果我們不考慮estate tax的話）。
