Fannie 的房子有deed restriction。90 days no resale value over 120%。
我為此錯過了很多房子。有人跟我說下麵這個方法能繞過這個restriction。
1。buy the Fannie property
2. sell it to my LLC at the same price.
3. remodel it.
4. LLC sells it to a buyer for a profit > 20% within 90 days.

我覺得不行。因為restriction一般run with the land,not to the grantee。
