short sale dua agent

I have a short sale with dual agent that seems a little fishy. The listing was pulled off from market a couple of days after I gave the offer. I thought this deal is over. Several days ago, listing agent come back said bank counter a price, I counterred back again. Now the agent asked my bank statement and GFE (she got a HUD1 on seller side with 2 lien holders that has less mortgage than my counterred price). No info on bank yet.Is this something going behind table since the listing is off market and the mortgage is less than my offer (which won't need bank approval?) and the seller HUD1 shows there will be $6k extra that credit to buyer at closing.Never met this kind of thing before.
