July is a very typical hot month, we spend lots of time and money on AC this year.
Overall, the rental market still very strong, we begin to use some reserved money to update properties, including the famous 專利紅樓..lol
we also finished new office at Apt Complex 2, now we don't need to occupy a whole unit for onsite office.
and adding on central air units to 3 properties previously were on window ACs, I plan to add 3 more central air systems within next 2 months.
